when i first heard about the agreement, it certainly seemed that the price tag of $20 million for the land seemed light.
i just read an article thae makes it sound like that’s nt exactly what’s going on. the wording suggests that the county can buy the land back for up to $20 million, so perhaps they have first right of refusal up to $20 million…?
