but i think i have my first pilot, if not flat out customer. i won’t be specific but it’s a Santa Monica business that’s very close-by.
i met with the owner today, we chatted for around a half hour i’d say. they gave several compliments on the concept, understands what it is all about. this place is not a typical restaurant, but a sort of attraction that also has a sort of mini bar/grill as part of it, full liquor license, it’s members + public allowed.
this is the wedge to get us into HPC.
